About KiKi Living
How KiKi Living curates storage for small spaces — our standards, how we ship from a US warehouse, and what we will not do.
Our story
KiKi Living started with a frustration every renter knows: storage online felt like a lottery. Bins that split the first time you fill them, dividers that fit no drawer you actually own, photos that do not match the box, and return policies written in the shop’s favour. We wanted a store that respected small spaces, the people who live in them, and our own standards — so we built one.
What we curate
Every product is chosen for two things: whether it solves a real storage problem, and whether it will still be useful a year from now. We look for the details that decide that — whether a bin keeps its shape when loaded, whether a hook holds a wet towel, whether a drawer tray actually adjusts to the drawer you have. Our three ranges:
- Closet & drawer: storage bags and bins, shoe and garment organizers, dividers, expandable trays and drawer inserts.
- Cable & tech: cable boxes and cord management, desk organizers, letter trays, file holders and remote caddies.
- Small-space living: adhesive hooks and no-drill caddies, corner shelves, over-the-door racks and wall-mount organizers.
How we fulfil orders
We work with vetted dropshipping partners, primarily CJ Dropshipping, and we ship from a United States warehouse. That means most orders are delivered domestically, with tracked delivery in 3–8 business days rather than a two-month wait. Dropshipping lets us offer a wide range without sitting on huge stock, which keeps prices fair and the selection fresh.
Our standards (what you can expect)
- Honest listings: real photos where we have them, real dimensions, real weights, real material notes.
- Fair prices: priced to keep the lights on, not to maximise every order.
- Tracked shipping: every parcel gets a link the moment it leaves the warehouse.
- Free shipping from $49: a courtesy, because postage should not sting.
- 30-day Happiness Guarantee: unused items come back within 30 days.
- A real human reply: email us and a person reads it within 24 hours on business days.
What we will not do
- List products that are flimsy, badly sized, or that no room would actually be better for.
- Quote a delivery window we do not believe in.
- Sell your data, ever.
- Make you chase a refund through a chatbot. If it is our fault, we fix it and we pay the return postage.
Quality and durability
Storage only works if it lasts. Products are chosen for construction and materials that hold up under daily use, but a fixings-and-load check matters: use the right anchor for the weight you plan to store, and inspect joints and hooks periodically. Where a product is defective, we make it right under the guarantee.
Sustainability
We are not perfect, and we will not pretend to be. We prefer durable items over disposable ones, reduce unnecessary packaging where we can, and choose partners who consolidate shipments to cut wasted miles. It is a work in progress; we share it honestly rather than greenwash it.
Behind the brand
KiKi Living is run by a small team in Kowloon, Hong Kong, who have moved house enough times to be tired of buying the same storage twice. We measure our own closets before we list anything. That obsession is the product.
Community
We share organizing tips and new drops through our newsletter and on social. We learn as much from your photos and questions as you do from us — send them in.
