1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kikiliving.store (the “Site”) and any purchase you make. By browsing the Site or placing an order you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may provide these Terms in English only; where a translation exists it is for convenience and the English text prevails.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your country) and have the authority to enter into a contract. By ordering you represent that you meet this condition.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account login and password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it if it changes.
• We may suspend or terminate an account at our discretion if we suspect fraud, a Terms breach, or a risk to other customers or the Site.

4. The store and our products

KiKi Living is an online retailer of KiKi Living supplies. We curate products from international suppliers and fulfil orders through vetted partners, primarily CJ Dropshipping, from warehouses in China, the United States and the EU. This lets us offer a wide range with warehouse-direct shipping.

Descriptions are indicative. Product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and weights are provided for guidance. Images — some supplied by manufacturers — are illustrative and may show a variant or similar item; the title, specifications and measurements on the product page are authoritative. We do not warrant that every image is free of minor error, and we are not liable for a purchase made on the basis of an image that differs from the written specification.

5. Pricing, availability and order errors

• All prices are in USD unless stated, exclusive of destination-country VAT/GST, customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. An item in your cart is not reserved until you complete checkout.
• We may correct obvious pricing or typographical errors and cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel for this reason we refund any amount taken.
• We may limit quantities per order or per customer to keep stock fair.

6. Orders and acceptance

Placing an item in the cart and paying is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline an offer (and refund) if an item is out of stock, the price was wrong, payment cannot be verified, or the order looks fraudulent.

7. Payment

Payment is collected at checkout by Stripe. You authorise us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen method for the order total, and to capture payment when we ship. You confirm the billing details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. If a payment is reversed without a valid basis (an abusive chargeback where goods were delivered and not returned), we may pursue recovery using the evidence we hold.

8. Shipping and risk

• We ship to the countries shown at checkout (currently 23). Free standard shipping applies on orders of $49 or more; $9.99 flat below that. Express is offered where available.
• Standard delivery takes about 10–20 business days; estimates exclude customs and holidays and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. We are not liable for loss or damage after a carrier marks the parcel delivered.
• Customs, duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

9. Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee on unused items in original packaging. The full rules — including non-returnable items, who pays return postage, the defective-item path and refund timing — are on the Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of this agreement.

10. Product safety and use

Pet products must be used under supervision. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, inspect items regularly for wear, and replace anything damaged. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiKi Living is not liable for injury, illness or loss arising from misuse, unsupervised use, or a product’s unsuitability for a particular animal. This does not affect your rights where an item is defective.

11. Intellectual property

All content, branding, photography and software on the Site are owned by KiKi Living or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. Supplier photography is used under licence.

12. User content

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm you have the rights to it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it on the Site and in marketing. You remain responsible for ensuring it is lawful, accurate and not defamatory.

13. Prohibited use

You agree not to: scrape, crawl or harvest the Site; reverse-engineer or interfere with its operation; infringe any right of ours or a third party; use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent or harassing purposes; or resell products as your own commercial supply without written agreement.

14. Third-party services

The Site relies on third parties for payments, fulfilment, email and analytics. We choose them with care but cannot guarantee their continuous availability. Brief outages of those services do not give rise to compensation.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Site or a purchase will not exceed the purchase price you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory law (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights where they apply).

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify KiKi Living against reasonable losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable professional fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party right.

18. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier failure, natural disaster, pandemic, war, civil unrest, government action, labour dispute, cyber-attack or failure of utilities or the internet. We will use reasonable efforts to keep your order moving and to notify you.

19. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site if you breach these Terms. Sections that by nature survive (payment, liability, IP, indemnity, governing law) continue to apply.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms are posted on the Site with a new “Last updated” date and take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes are announced by email where appropriate.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence may still apply and give you a local forum. We prefer to resolve disputes by direct contact first — email hello@kikiliving.store.

22. General

• Severability: if any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the policies linked here (Shipping & Returns, Returns & Refunds, Privacy, Cookie, Payment methods), are the whole agreement between you and KiKi Living on this subject.
• Assignment: we may assign our rights under these Terms; you may not assign yours without our consent.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
